What are the available subscription options?

Our hydration product subscriptions are available in 12, 24, or 36-can/shot options, with delivery every 2 weeks or monthly.

Can I use both the sitewide 10% discount and my Hydration Membership discount with my subscription?

Yes. Both the sitewide 10% discount and your Hydration Membership discount can be applied to subscription orders

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to your registered email address notifying you of the failed payment and prompting you to update your payment details. Once updated, the payment will be retried within 24 hours — no need to place a new order.

Does my subscription have an expiration date?

No. Your subscription does not expire and will continue automatically unless it is cancelled or modified.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and accessing your account settings. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you can still enjoy your current cycle until it ends.

Can I modify my subscription instead of cancelling it?

Yes. You may modify your subscription by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings. To ensure changes take effect in time, modifications must be made at least 1 day before your next renewal.
